Layer elements can contain the following types of resources:

  • Window capture
  • Capture of a controlled Firefox window
  • Monitor capture
  • Image
  • Image gallery.
  • Text
  • Video

Each of these resources has different configuration options and specific utilities.

Window Capture allows you to capture a specific window and its contents, while Controlled Firefox Window Capture allows you to automate the capture of a controlled Firefox browser window.

Monitor Capture is used to capture the entire monitor.

The Image allows you to include an image to the scene and the Image Gallery allows you to add several images that will rotate as a slideshow.

WARNING!

To be able to edit the scenes, Video Switch must be running, in PREVIEW or LIVE mode.

When the Edit Scene Buttons mode is activated, the editing and creation of elements (layers) to compose the scenes is also enabled in the Video Encoder window.

The Scene Elements window shows all currently available elements. Italso shows which are active in the current scene (checked items) but this is for information only. Although you can uncheck an item to hide it, this action does not modify the scene. To remove or add items from the scenes you must edit them in the Video Switch panel as explained above.

Items beginning with the prefix "CLOSERadioTV" are system items and should not be deleted.

Elements beginning with the prefix SMART are texts used in Smart Scenes.
