AUXiliary Players
The AUX 1; AUX 2; AUX 3 and AUX 4 auxiliary players are playback windows similar to the main mediaTV window, but with some additional functions.
If the hardware allows it, each AUXiliary player can be assigned to a different audio output (see Settings > Audio Outputs).
PlayList and LIVE ASSIST modes
The auxiliary players have two display modes. The LIVE ASSIST mode displays the content in the form of a button panel.
The LIVE ASSIST mode plays audio only. Playback is launched by pressing a button. The audio of the played media is mixed with the playback of the main mediaTV window.
When the LIVE ASSIST mode is deactivated, the auxiliary window is displayed as a continuous playlist.
In this playback mode, pressing PLAY on the auxiliary list interrupts the playback of the main window and starts playing (audio and video) the auxiliary list.
The Play button in MAIN at Stop, if enabled, causes playback to resume in main mediaTV when the auxiliary is stopped, either because STOP, STOP at END (playback stops at the end of the current title) or the last item in the list is finished.
